Unfortunately, we had a problem with the rate shown on the booking page. The Booked.net price was 76 Eur for a double room, instead we were charged 85 Eur at the reception. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The new Herbal Sauna with countryside aromas was a good way to unwind and rejuvenate.
Room maintenance was inadequate, with several broken amenities including a non-functioning hair dryer and a leaky shower.

The check-in was a breeze and the girl at reception was very helpful in describing the services offered. We were helped with our luggage to the room 433. The room was spacious and clean. We have requested double bed, but with hotel being full we got twin beds. However the hotel staff allowed to push together the twin beds making a huge king size bed. The Internet did not work at first due to faulty cable, but this was quickly fixed by the IT. The welcome alcohol free cocktail in the Sky bar was nice and got even better with some Gordon added. The spa was wonderful with salt water pool, salt water jacuzzi. sauna. russian bath, egyptian bath, turkish bath and steam bath all included with the room. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, but there was no fresh juice. We had lunch at the B-B-Q bar near the beach and dinner at the La Vista Mediterranean restaurant. The food in both places was coming from same kitchen and was fresh, tasty and nicely arranged. We stayed in this hotel shortly after it opened and found it as good as ever with some small hitches described below.
No fresh juice at breakfast, not even the one made from concentrate - the concoction offered from the dispenser was cheap stuff. The waitress at the La Vista restaurant appeared inexperienced (filling the wine glasses almost to the rim and forgetting some of the orders made).

My journey from doubt to delight
The spa procedures were really good, rejuvenating my spirit. The view from the terrace was astounding, capturing the essence of relaxation.
Room maintenance was inadequate, with persistent issues arising . The dining experience fell short due to a lack of variety in the food options.

It was just a fine choice for one night in Pomorie with excellent value for money. The swimming pools were well maintained, and the salty heated indoor pool felt great on the skin. Remember to get a spot by the outdoor pool early to avoid the shade later on.

The buffet meals had a fantastic selection.
I encountered an unacceptable lack of cleanliness. The air conditioning barely worked, and the water supply was unreliable. Staff were unhelpful and indifferent. Simply put, I felt ignored.

The atmosphere felt inviting with a spacious room that had beautiful sea views. Though the restaurant lacked variety at times and the beach situation was somewhat disappointing, the overall experience was enjoyable. The spa facilities were a wonderful retreat, definitely a highlight during the visit.
